Our Landmen LLC is an independent landman company led by Gerald (Jerry) Ward. landman.review is how it takes title packet reviews.

- Gerald (Jerry) Ward. Scopes each review, checks the packet against the instruments and signs the findings list.
- Records research
- Done in house, with our own software for searching county indexes and organizing instruments. A landman reads every instrument behind a finding.

What we do not do
We are landmen, not attorneys. We do not give title opinions or legal advice, and we do not survey. A findings list is a report of the record against the packet, for your examiner or counsel to act on.
